"I took my sister to Ulu for my second coffee farm tour there, led by knowledgeable, welcoming and hardworking Trixie. You drive in, and are immediately greeted at this oasis of fruit, mac nut and coffee trees by her and her canine companion Brownie. We were treated to handmade snacks and invited to crack mac nuts while we sampled two types of coffee. We also learned about the rich, uniquely important volcanic soil, the land where it sits and the history of their specific farm. Trixie explained the process so well walking through the grove, that upon first sip, you are present in the moment."
